Anecdotal evidence shows that the manageability of a spreadsheet depends on how a spreadsheet is initially setup.

But how do we decide on HOW we setup a spreadsheet?

The Celebrity Chef Spreadsheet Challenge is a research project to study this. It is sponsored by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia.
