I created the Cruise Liner Co Challenge for two reasons.
1 – Excel skills vs ‘APPLIED’ Excel skills
There are hundreds of videos showing how to do PowerQuery (Get and Transform), look up formulas (XLOOKUP), and the new Dynamic Array formulas (FILTER). This is your chance to apply what you have learned in a real-life corporate scenario (and earn a well deserved pay raise!)
2 – Individual focus vs Management focus
To illustrate how ‘an individual’ approaches a spreadsheet task with an individual focus, and in contrast, how ‘management’ would approach it with a management focus.
