The elephant is better than the cat because the cat will shit everywhere and need food and vet expenses. The elephant in this picture will have no such downsides. Though it is not likely to (I can guarantee this) come up to your bed in the morning and snuggle next to you.
But the reason the elephant will not shit everywhere and not have maintenance costs is not because its an elephant, but because its a toy. The key ingredient is ‘a live pet’ vs ‘a toy’.
In reality, a real elephant will also shit. And shit some really big shit too.
I can guarantee that.
